LootYar is an online store offering premium quality pre-loved and imported clothing. These terms govern your use of our website and services.

2. Product Condition & Authenticity

  • All items sold are 100% original, imported from the USA/UK, and clearly categorized by condition (e.g., Premium+, Premium, Excellent).

  • Each product is inspected and photographed individually to provide accurate representation.

  • Please note that pre-loved items may show minor signs of use, which are clearly described in the product details.

3. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website or via WhatsApp.

  • Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be edited or modified.

  • LootYar reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or incomplete orders.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Orders above Rs. 3,000 qualify for free delivery, while others incur a flat Rs. 150 shipping fee.

5. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days.

  • We use reliable third-party courier services, and delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability.

  • LootYar is not responsible for courier delays once the product is dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchange

  • Due to the nature of thrift/pre-loved items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was sent.

  • In case of any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, logos, product content, and branding on LootYar are owned by us and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • LootYar shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
