1. Are the products new or used?
All our items are pre-loved (used) but in Premium or Premium+ condition, handpicked and imported from the USA & UK. Every piece is carefully checked to ensure it meets our quality standards.
2. What do the condition ratings mean?

Premium+: Looks almost brand new, no stains or visible wear.

Premium: Very minimal signs of use, no damage or stains.

Excellent: May have very slight visible effects of use but still in clean, wearable condition.
3. Is everything original and branded?
Yes! We only deal in 100% original branded items like Nike, Adidas, Puma, Under Armour, and many more β all imported from authentic sources.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. However, open parcel before payment is not allowed.
5. What is your delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.
6. Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free on orders of PKR 3,000 or above.

For orders below that, a PKR 150 delivery charge applies.
7. Can I return a product if it doesnβt fit?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for size issues. All measurements are provided in each product description, so please double-check before placing your order.
8. What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Weβll review the case and offer a return, replacement, or refund as per our policy.
9. Do you restock sold-out items?
Since every piece is one-of-a-kind, once it's sold β itβs gone. So if you like something, grab it before someone else does!
