Return & Refund Policy

At LootYar, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Since we deal in premium pre-loved imported clothing, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair while preventing misuse.


1. Open Parcel Before Payment – Not Allowed

Please note that open parcel before payment is not available. Our logistics partners do not offer this service due to standard courier policies. We ensure every product is inspected and packed securely before dispatch.


2. No Returns for Size or Condition Concerns

  • All product listings on LootYar include accurate measurements (e.g., chest, length, shoulder), brand, material, and condition rating (Premium+, Premium, Excellent).

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

    • Size issues

    • Change of mind

    • Minor wear typical of pre-loved garments

Please check product descriptions carefully before placing an order.


3. When You Can Request a Return

We only accept return requests if:

  • You received a completely different product than what you ordered

  • The product is incorrectly delivered (e.g., wrong brand or item)

In such cases:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

  • Provide clear pictures of the received item (front, back, tag)

  • Our team will review the issue and, if valid, arrange a return


4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement (if stock is available) or

  • A full refund via bank transfer or Easypaisa within 7 working days

Note: Refunds are not processed for COD charges or delivery fees unless the error was on our end.
